Barn Owl at RSPB Rye Meads 25th February 2023

A quick visit to Rye Meads starting off with great views of Common Snipe at the Gadwall hide, including a short video.

On the way round to the Kingfisher hide this Jay perched up nicely.

No sign of any Kingfisher activity, but unusual to see a female Teal fly in briefly.

A couple of Barn Owls had been seen over the Meadow recently and I managed to get some brief views just before closing time.

Such beautiful birds!
